Whether you’re dealing with life issues, relationship struggles, financial problems, spiritual hurt, or just feel stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with truth, grace, and practical support.

Romans 12:2 teaches the importance of renewing our minds in Christ Jesus. While working with women in various ministry settings (military and civilian) and completing my master’s in chaplaincy and ministry of care (Dallas Theological Seminary), I have seen the word of God and the power of prayer heal, renew, and restore the broken-hearted and the suffering. I am a certified neurofeedback provider, Professional Mental Health Coach, and Ramsey Financial Coach. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry with an Emphasis in Spiritual Formation.

Professional mental health counseling is available through Dr. Demetrius Walton, D.Min, LMFT-S. He provides telehealth and in-office clinical counseling services. Dr. Walton specializes in EMDR for trauma therapy.

Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we will create a space for human flourishing, deep/intentional focus, prayer, and connection with God. We will take a biblically grounded, solution focused approach to help you grow into the woman God created you to be by discovering your identity, purpose, direction, and wisdom in Christ Jesus.
