Many come to therapy carrying persistent stress, anxiety, depression, or stuck about their direction in life. Therapy offers a structured space to explore and process these challenges and clarify what it means to live with integrity, purpose, and emotional resilience. I work with men and women experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, grief, shame, spiritual doubt, identity concerns, and relationship difficulties. I also provide couples therapy focused on improving communication, deepening connection, and repairing trust.
While I work with both men and women, I have a particular interest in working with men who are navigating life transitions, questions of purpose, identity in their masculinity, emotional regulation, and the pressures of cultural or vocational expectations.
My counseling work is deeply shaped by Scriptures such as John 10:10, where Jesus says He came so that we may have life and have it abundantly, and 2 Corinthians 1:3–4, which reminds us that God comforts us so that we can comfort others. In therapy, I integrate biblical truth with evidence-based practices, meeting clients where they are and, when desired, incorporating prayer, Scripture, and Christian spiritual disciplines into our work. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where healing and transformation can take place in the context of God’s love and truth.
