I believe every person’s story matters to God—and that His heart is for restoration, wholeness, and peace in every part of our lives. My own journey of faith has been shaped by seasons of doubt, healing, and rediscovering the “very good” vision God had for creation (Genesis 1:31). I often return to Micah 6:8, which calls us to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God. These words shape not just my life, but how I sit with clients—holding space for honesty, lament, hope, and change.
In the therapy room, Biblical truths weave naturally into our work. Sometimes that means exploring the unshakable worth God has placed in each person, or reframing hard seasons through the lens of His redemption. Other times, it’s simply listening deeply, believing that the Holy Spirit is present in the process. My goal is to help clients make sense of their stories, notice where God is already at work, and move toward a more grounded, connected, and hope-filled way of living.
