About Me:  Guiding Resilience, Inspiring Transformation

Welcome, I’m honored you’re here.

As a Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach and a Professional Life Coach with a Master Diploma in Trauma-Informed Coaching, I provide compassionate support to help individuals unlock their potential and embrace life’s possibilities. I believe each person is equipped with the powerful gift of choice and is fully capable of directing their own journey. My coaching offers a peaceful, reflective space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and transform.

My path to coaching was deeply personal. In 2003, I lost my eldest son to suicide at just 19 years old – a moment that redefined my life. That experience, coupled with my own mental health journey, inspired me to walk alongside others with empathy, resilience, and hope.

Faith has always been my anchor. At age 18, I found lasting freedom from guilt through Jesus Christ, a shift that empowered me to live with purpose and grace. Despite a challenging home environment growing up, I was blessed with good education, an active sport life, friends, and family. My husband and I raised two sons and lived across the globe – from Cary, NC, to Boston, MA, to Johannesburg, South Africa and even Kabul, Afghanistan–each place shaping my perspective and enriching my coaching practice.

Professionally, I’ve engaged with diverse communities including corporate leaders, healthcare professionals, attorneys, CPAs, insurance adjusters, and faith-based organizations. These varied experiences have cultivated my understanding of human complexity and resilience. My coaching blends practical insights with faith-based encouragement, rooted in scripture and lived wisdom.
