Hi, my name is AJ van Kleef and I am a mental health and wellness coach with a specialization in integrative health and holistic nutrition. I have 20+ years experience working with teens in various countries and I am now coaching teen girls and women who struggle with stress, anxiety, and trauma. I also volunteer at juvenile detention facilities with court ordered teen girls where I share the gospel. As my clients are bravely navigating their dark valley, I am there to remind them of the comfort we have in knowing the character of God, the love of Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit.
