As a professional coach and leader, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most challenging moments. My own personal testimony has shaped my mission having experienced seasons of loss, transition, deliverance, and healing, I know firsthand the power of faith in the process of transformation. One of the scriptures that anchors my work is Isaiah 61:1-3, which speaks to binding up the brokenhearted and exchanging ashes for beauty. This passage reflects my calling to walk alongside others as they rise from what tried to break them.

I also draw great strength and direction from Proverbs 3:5-6, which reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and not lean on our own understanding. As I coach, I’m also constantly reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9 , “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” This truth encourages me to rely fully on the Holy Spirit rather than my own strength, allowing Him to guide every conversation, insight, and breakthrough moment.

In each session, I incorporate Biblical teachings with sensitivity and grace whether through prayer, scripture-based affirmations, or helping clients align their goals with God’s purpose for their lives. As a Certified Life and Health Coach with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I combine faith-based insight with proven, results-driven strategies. My coaching is not just about achieving external success but about internal transformation renewing the mind, healing the heart, and strengthening the spirit.
