Faith has always been central in my life, and it’s the lens through which I view the work I do as a counselor. I became a therapist because I saw a real need in my community for mental health care that’s grounded in biblical truth and compassion. I’ve worked in both ministry and mental health settings for over 20 years, and that combination has shaped how I show up—both as a professional and as a person.

My own journey has included infertility, miscarriages, adoption, and parenting—so I know what it’s like to carry grief, wrestle with identity, and hold onto faith in hard seasons. I believe Scripture speaks to every part of our lives, even when things aren’t black and white. Verses like Proverbs 3:5–6 and Philippians 4:6–7 have carried me through personally, and I often bring Scripture into sessions as the Holy Spirit leads.

My hope is that therapy with me feels like a grace-filled space where you can be fully yourself—where your faith is honored, your story is heard, and healing can begin: where you can truly flourish!
