Jesus has been incredibly faithful throughout my life, and my journey is a reflection of His goodness and grace. One of my favoirte songs, Goodness of God, beautfifully captures how He has walked with me through every season – working in seen and unseen ways to bring about healing, hope, and purpose.

As a youth mental health coach, I believe that lasting healing and transformation comes from Jesus. I regularly lean on Scriptures like Provers 16:9 (NLT) – “We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps” – as a reminder that God desires to be intimately involed in our lives. I also hold close Psalm 147:3 (NIV) – “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” – which speaks to the comfort and restoration God offers in our deepest pain.

Biblical principles are gently woven into every session, offering encouragement, identity, and truth rooted in God’s Word. My desire is to walk alongside the enxt generation with compassion and hope, always pointing them back to the One who brings true healing: Jesus.
