All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others and will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
I am passionate about helping people who are experiencing internal and relational disharmony move toward a place of wholeness and freedom to enjoy a life filled with love, joy, peace, and hope.
Life can be incredibly complex and unpredictable – filled with unexpected twists, challenges, and complexities that can be overwhelming. However, it’s often through navigating this messiness that we grow and discover our true strengths and resilience. Embracing the imperfections and uncertainties can lead to profound personal development and a deeper appreciation for the moments of joy and clarity. Remember, it’s okay to not have everything figured out; seeking support and finding meaning in the chaos are important parts of the human experience. We all have resilience within us. Together, we can chart a course to help you flourish!
I’m a Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach and Board Certified Professional Christian Coach. I specialize in spiritual and mental health. I received my certifications from ICF and AACC. My area of specialty is mental health with focused training in trauma-informed care and coaching, marriage and family, life recovery, grief and loss, and youth mental health.
My approach to coaching is solution-oriented with an emphasis on offering a compassionate and empathetic environment to hear your story, join your experience, empower you to connect with the hard parts of your story, and engage with you as you find your path to achieving goals and life fulfillment. I have a vision of hope for my clients that leads to spiritual and mental wellness.
We tell others about Christ, advising and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us, so that we may present them mature in Christ. Colossians 1:28
