I can not remember a time in my life where I was not willing to encourage someone no matter what they were up against.  Becoming a Certified Mental Health Coach was no stretch for me.    Family, friends, colleagues and even people I did not know have called on me to lend an ear, help them think through adversities and challenges, all without passing judgement or sharing the confidences they have invited me into. Life is not always easy but love has never, and will never, fail any of us.  This is part of my gift to humanity.
