My faith in Jesus is foundational in how I view other people, and it is my inspiration for wanting to help them. I love Psalm 139, which talks about how God carefully and wonderfully created each person. Every person I meet is a unique blessing, precious to God. I want to help people see their value and dignity and to know that God is always with them, even in dark times. In counseling my clients, I seek to bring hope and comfort from God’s word. I incorporate prayer as well, which many clients find helpful in knowing God is with them and for them.
