Hello, my name is Erika and I am a functional nutrition counselor, health and mental health coach. Not only do I have the educational knowledge to help others, but I have experienced a health crisis that led me on a journey to not only heal my physical body, but my mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well. God has taught me how to walk in freedom from anxiety and fear, and fully trust his ways even when they are hard. Twelve years ago my life verse became Isaiah 26:3, which says, “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” When hard things come my way, or things get overly busy, this process with Jesus has taught me  how to continually refocus on Him and quiet all the distractions around me.  Jesus has taken me on a journey to work on retraining my brain pathways and eating well to support my mental health. God created us as mental, emotional, physical and spiritual beings, and having them all working together brings overall health. I look forward to working with you.
