I specialize in supporting women in the areas of:  Betrayal Trauma, Addiction Recovery, Spiritual Quests & Direction, Grief and Loss, Anxiety and mental health, and Mothers of Adult Children with SMI (Serious Mental Illness).  I am a pastoral counselor and coach,  certified as a PSAP—Pastoral Sexual Addiction Professional—through IITAP.  I have over 30 years of pastoral ministry and counseling experience, with over 10 years of Betrayal Support and Recovery counseling experience with hundreds of women and couples.

Betrayal trauma has some unique wounding and some important steps to healing, and I support women as they step through the difficult journey of: stabilization and safety, setting boundaries, grieving our losses, and regaining a sense of our healthy self.

I integrate story work, grief work, and spiritual wholeness through experiential learning such as:  trauma informed care, Betrayal Trauma Phases, Internal Family Systems, Healing Timeline, and the combination of clinically informed and faith-based healing.

I have been walking alongside many women in their often very painful, confusing, and unique journeys.  I would be honored to be a part of your support toward reclaiming yourself again.

I live in the Northwest for half of the year and South of Phoenix, AZ the other half.  My husband and I have been married for 35+ years and walked through our own healing from sexual addiction and betrayal trauma over 25 years ago.  We have been helping individuals and couples for most of those years as pastors, counselors, and coaches.

We are authors of the book How to Talk with Your Kids About Sex and travel speaking and supporting churches, parents, and organizations in the area of healthy sexuality and healthy faith. We also work for a nonprofit specializing in sexual addiction and betrayal trauma support for individuals and couples.
