About Rosemary

Hi, I’m Rosemary Parker—a wife, mom to two beautiful children, and a counselor who was called into this work during one of the hardest seasons of my own life.

Though I’m not originally from Texas, it has become home over the past 15 years—the place where my own healing journey began and my purpose took root. I was drawn to counseling when I needed it most, and that experience ignited a deep passion to walk alongside others in their stories of growth, healing, and hope.

Over the years, I’ve come to deeply believe that relational brain science is foundational to secure attachment—both with God and with others. When we learn how to show up in safe, connected relationships, healing happens—not just emotionally, but mentally and physically as well.

My Approach

With experience in high-acuity mental health settings—including inpatient treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP)—I understand the complexities of deep emotional pain, trauma, and mental health challenges.

To support lasting transformation, I use a structured, integrative, trauma-informed approach that helps reduce the number of sessions needed to reach your goals. Our work will be both compassionate and focused, helping you move forward with clarity and intention.

My style is relational and collaborative, meaning we’ll work together to create a safe space where healing can happen at your pace. I draw from evidence-based practices such as:

When requested, I also incorporate biblical principles and spiritual practices into our sessions. This allows for a faith-integrated approach that honors your beliefs and invites deeper spiritual healing alongside emotional growth.
