Hello. My name is Jennifer Hope Longenecker. I am a wife, mom, mental health coach specialized in trauma informed care, and a professional life coach. I have a passion to teach, encourage, and equip women. I give them the tools to live courageously in a world that is not their own.

Why?

I am also a wife and mother to five. I know the sting of rejection and abuse. I struggle with my self-worth. I question the choices I make as a wife and mother. Many times, I feel like my family is falling apart. But God consistently reminds me that He is good through his people and word. He has seen the big picture, and it is good. God is a loving father who will not bring me harm. Yes, there will be times of pain. He is picking up the shattered pieces. He is making something beautiful out of the broken.
