Bonnie knows how it can feel navigating the stress and pressures of life.  Whether you’re a student, a professional, a wife, or a mom, it can be so easy to lose yourself with the demands screaming at us.

Bonnie has created a coaching program called Wholehearted, focusing on a woman’s spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and relational needs.  She not only helps women build strong and balanced lives but she also equips them to continue living them long after the sessions are over.

She’ll spend the first session just getting to know you and your unique struggles.  The next session will focus on helping you find you and your God given values.  From there she will help you find wholeness, balance and fulfillment both with practical tools and emotional strength building.

You will feel encouraged, equipped and empowered working with Bonnie.  She works with women ages 15-115 years old.

Bonnie loves people!  She wants everyone to feel seen and to know their lives matter.  Walking the beach with friends, being with her family, exploring new areas, enjoying a good iced chai, working out and eating healthy are some of Bonnie’s favorite things.  She holds 4 certificates in Life Coaching and will be starting her 5th with the Dr. Amen program in the Spring of 2025.
