When I left my old church, I didn’t just walk away from a building—I walked into a wilderness.
No title. No platform. No community. Just me and God… and a deep sense of disappointment I didn’t know how to talk about.

I remember sitting alone thinking, “What now?”
I had learned to smile while bleeding on the inside.
To lead while hiding pain.
To call it “faith” when really, it was fear.
And the silence? It wasn’t strength. It was survival.

But silence doesn’t mean peace—it just means the war is happening on the inside.

It was in that stillness that God met me.
At my lowest.
And He whispered:
“Son, you don’t have to carry this in silence anymore.”

That was the beginning of my healing.
Not when I got answers—but when I got honest.

I am a Board Certified Christian Life & Mental Health Coach, and the founder of Guided Grace Christian Services, LLC.

With over 25 years in ministry, my passion has always been to help people heal from what they don’t talk about. I specialize in mental health coaching, grief and loss recovery, and guiding individuals through their darkest valleys—because I’ve walked through my own.

My approach is rooted in the Word of God. I believe that vulnerability isn’t weakness—it’s worship. Like David said in Psalm 32:3,

“When I kept silent, my bones wasted away…”
Healing begins not when we pretend to be strong, but when we invite God into our weakness.
