We specialize with the unique culture & needs of First Responders: Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatch, Corrections, Medical personnel, and other Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers & their families. We also work with anxiety disorders and OCD. We work with individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges, struggling with conflict, or who want help recovering from trauma or PTSD. We work with ages 16+.  We provide in person counseling, intensives and workshops at our beautiful cottage sitting on our family farm or Telehealth is available for all Tennessee.
My Master’s degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling; bachelor’s degree is in Religion, with a minor in Criminal Justice- all from Liberty University. I have personal experience as a First Responder. I am the daughter of a military veteran, wife to a first responder and mom to a first responder. My background also includes working in crisis, inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment, and foster care. I have been in the private practice setting for the last 7+ years.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, non-judging, and eclectic. I draw from a variety of modalities to provide a custom plan for you to achieve your goals. I can hold a safe space for you to tell your story.
