Hi,

Jesus called me to do this work about 10 years ago. I have been working with those who are struggling with life and their walk with God for many years. I started on the path to get my therapy license back in 2016 with an emphasizes on Christianity.  I have received a certification as a Mental Health Christian Counselor through Light University. I am certified as a Ready Now Facilitator through Teen Challenge.

I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and emotional overwhelm. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. I incorporate scripture and biblical support into our therapy sessions.

I work with individuals ages five and older and take a personalized approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, life skills, and insight to help you navigate life with greater confidence and balance. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith‑based (biblical) counseling.
