Hi, I’m Hazel!

I’m a body-based trauma therapist who offers a God-centered, compassionate lens to help my clients heal from the effects of childhood and relational trauma, attachment wounds, and low self-esteem.

I focus much of my efforts on helping clients discover God’s unyielding love even in the midst of suffering, and enjoy helping them heal core beliefs they carry that get in the way of them fully experiencing the love God has for them as His child. Many of my clients are highly resilient souls who have shifted from living in a state of survival to thriving and leading fulfilling lives. My approach is to create a therapeutic relationship with you where you can experience the love of God, increase your sense of self-empowerment, and find an inner peace that comes only from being firmly rooted in His love.

I’m a body-based, Certified Trauma Professional. I help clients soothe their nervous system, reconnect with the authentic self God designed them to be, and learn the tools to create meaningful relationships. I use Brainspotting and somatic techniques to heal the effects of trauma, emotional/physical pain, and dissociation.
