I am a bilingual licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Texas, offering compassionate, clinical, and faith-based therapy for individuals and families seeking emotional healing and wholeness. My love for Jesus began at a young age, and today my work is gently shaped by my faith, clinical training, and personal experience with trauma, loss, and restoration.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, grief, and relational challenges, using evidence-based approaches and integrative therapy. My focus is not only symptom relief, but helping clients feel more regulated, connected, and grounded.

When clients desire, I offer Christ-centered counseling, thoughtfully incorporating Biblical principles into therapy while honoring each person’s story, pace, and beliefs. I view healing as an integration of mind, body, and spirit, reflecting God’s design for wholeness.
