I hold a Doctor of Ministry in Christian Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Licensed Pastoral Counselor. I provide client-centered, faith-integrated therapy for adults, couples, and families, blending evidence-based clinical approaches with compassionate biblical care.

Areas of focus
– Anxiety, depression, and stress
– Trauma recovery (acute and complex)
– Grief and life transitions
– Relationship and marital concerns
– Faith struggles and spiritual growth

My faith is central to my practice. My favorite scripture is Philippians 4:6–7: “Do not be anxious about anything… the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” I invite clients to draw on scripture, prayer, and spiritual practices as resources when helpful. Practically, this may include:
– Exploring how biblical truths reshape unhelpful beliefs.
– Incorporating Scripture-based reflections or short prayers into sessions when desired.
– Using spiritual practices (silence, journaling, gratitude, scripture memorization) as complementary coping strategies.
– Collaboratively discerning how faith informs values, choices, and healing goals.

If you’d like to schedule an initial consultation or have questions about how faith and therapy can work together for your situation, I’m here to help.
