My faith is foundational to who I am and how I serve others. I believe that my own story—marked by both growth and brokenness—has shaped my deep reliance on God’s grace and my compassion for the struggles others carry. I have experienced firsthand that while insight, effort, and skill matter, true and lasting healing ultimately comes from the Lord. This belief keeps me grounded in humility and reminds me that it is an honor, not a role of control, to walk alongside individuals and families on their healing journey.

A guiding scripture in both my life and work is Numbers 6:24–26: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.” This blessing reflects my hope for every client—that they would experience protection, grace, clarity, and peace as they grow. I am also deeply influenced by the truth found in Romans 7, which acknowledges the internal struggle we all face and the need for grace beyond ourselves.

In therapy, Biblical principles are incorporated with respect, wisdom, and sensitivity to each client’s beliefs and preferences. When clients desire a faith-integrated approach, we may explore themes such as grace, truth, forgiveness, responsibility, humility, stewardship, and restoration—always in ways that support emotional safety and personal agency. Scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection may be woven into sessions when appropriate and welcomed, never imposed. I believe God can guide us toward healing, but only He can truly heal the wounds of the heart. It is a privilege to witness the work of the Holy Spirit as individuals and families move toward greater freedom, wholeness, and connection.
