My work as a therapist is deeply rooted in my faith and my belief that true healing is both emotional and spiritual. I believe that God meets us in our pain with compassion, not condemnation, and that growth often happens through gentle curiosity, honesty, and grace. Scriptures that guide my work include John 8:36, which reminds us that “who the Son sets free is free indeed,” and Psalm 34:18, which speaks to God’s closeness to the brokenhearted.

Many of my clients love God but feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or the pain of their past. They may have prayed, tried to push through, and still feel unsettled or disconnected. I often work with people who want help understanding their story through both faith and clinical insight, healing patterns that no longer serve them, and experiencing deeper peace and connection.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, spiritual questions, intimacy struggles, infidelity, pornography use, and problematic sexual behaviors. I focus on understanding root patterns, building emotional safety, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
