My personal testimony is grounded in my own journey of trusting God through many seasons of uncertainty, growth, and refinement. I have experienced firsthand how God meets us with grace, patience, and truth even in moments of doubt or struggle. Those experiences continue to shape how I show up for others with empathy, humility, and a deep respect for the healing process.

Some of the scriptures that guide my work include Proverbs 3:5 to 6, which reminds me to lean on God rather than my own understanding, and Psalm 147:3, which speaks to God’s care for the brokenhearted. These verses anchor my work in hope and remind me that healing is both a spiritual and emotional journey. I also love “As a man thinketh so is he…” Prove 23:7 which ties into my main modality CBT.

In therapy, I incorporate Biblical teachings in a thoughtful and client led way. When clients desire, I may integrate scripture, prayer, or faith based reflection to support emotional insight, identity, and healing. My approach honors both clinical best practices and Biblical truth, creating space for clients to explore their faith while working through life’s challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
