I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (licensed in Tennessee and Texas), and my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Whether you are walking through anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, or a difficult life transition, I believe that counseling can help you find hope, healing, and peace.

Faith-Based Care

My Christian faith is central to how I view healing. I value the application of biblical truths and the power of prayer, and can incorporate these into our sessions if this aligns with your goals.  As a member of the American Association for Christian Counselors, my work is rooted in an integrated family systems approach. I also have training in developmental and relational trauma through Healing Our Core Issues. For those preparing for marriage, I am certified in the SYMBIS premarital assessment and enjoy helping couples build a strong foundation for their relationship.

I see clients in person at the Harpeth Hills Counseling Center in Brentwood, TN, and I also offer telehealth sessions for residents of both Tennessee and Texas.
