Faith has been a central part of my life since childhood, and I have remained actively involved in the church throughout my adult years. During some of my most painful and uncertain seasons, I leaned on my relationship with Jesus Christ for comfort, guidance, and hope. As Scripture reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Those difficult moments not only strengthened my faith, but also shaped my heart and calling as a counselor.

I believe that while life’s challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating, we are never meant to walk through them alone. God promises to guide us when we seek Him: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5–6). True healing begins when we invite God into our struggles and allow Him to lead the way.

In counseling, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and grace-filled space that honors each client’s belief system. For those seeking Christian counseling, I intentionally integrate biblical principles into our work—encouraging prayer, reflection on Scripture, and reliance on God’s strength and wisdom. “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble” (Psalm 46:1). My hope is to walk alongside clients as they experience emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and a deeper sense of peace through their relationship with Christ.
