Learning to apply truth to life so it brings change is at the heart of my counseling. In the same way most of us need help with our thinking so we can experience hope and healing. Romans 12:2 says be transformed by the renewal of your mind. Counseling can help to free us from unhealthy thinking patterns and the moods that are associated with them. Sometimes we need someone to journey with us to help us heal from painful emotions and reach life goals. Together is better!
