Hi, I’m Lori Rhein, a mental health and personal life coach based in Orange Park, Florida. Throughout my early life, I had experienced depression and very low self-esteem. It is through Christ that I found purpose and most importantly, I found out who I really am.  I am a child of God (John 1:12), and that I am accepted and secure in Christ (Philippians 3:20). I am significant and have purpose as God’s workmanship (Ephesians 2:10). I have found that my identity is in Christ (1 Cor. 6:17) and this truth is the key to living a victorious Christian Life!

Embracing this truth through an intimate relationship with Jesus, I have come to know that the scriptures give clear direction proclaiming that we have the ability to reframe our thinking of any negative, destructive lies that we have believed about ourselves. By capturing every thought to the obedience of Christ (Corinthians 10:5) we can be transformed by the renewing of our mind (Romans 12:2), choosing to live our lives in freedom, finding strength when trials, heartache, grief and all unexpected life changes come our way.

With over 30 years experience in ministry, I have coached women of all ages by walking alongside them in encouragement and support while developing the talents and gifts of each woman. I believe that Jesus is the ultimate “Life Coach” and my goal is to see you become totally dependent upon Him.  If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, or, if you want to grasp the potential you are capable of, my aim as your life coach is to see you become transformed more and more into the image of Christ, and therefore, becoming all that God has created you to be in Christ. Using the Holy Scriptures as the foundation, and most importantly, allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to you, allow me to walk alongside you as you become all that God has created you to be, finding freedom from those things that burden you while building confidence, freedom, and peace, while developing communication skills and healthy boundaries as you discover who you are in Christ.
