I am a certified Advanced Christian Life Coach and Master Mental Health Coach. I graduated from the University of Virginia in 1988 with a B.A. in Psychology and completed my certification in Christian Life Coaching in 2016 and in Mental Health Coaching in 2021 through Light University and the A.A.C.C. I am currently completing the certification for Professional Mental Health Coaching. I coach women and men of all ages and in any location. I grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and have been residing in southern Maine for the past twenty-five years. I am a single mother of a twenty year-old son, a sophomore at James Madison University, and step-mother to two adult children with their own families.

As a Transformational Coach, my focus is on coaching for spiritual growth, improved mental health and the establishment of healthy relationships. I have a strong interest in helping to empower women with past trauma to overcome shame and guilt and gain the self-esteem and confidence that they need to free themselves from unhealthy relationships, the wounds of abortion and to find healing, hope and an abundant life. A primary path in my assistance to clients includes the promotion of healing through experiencing the love of God along with growth in their relationship with Him by gaining spiritual insight and wisdom. I help clients break free from toxic relationships by overcoming harmful mindsets, habits and lies. I enjoy helping clients find and follow their unique path in life, using their gifts to fulfill God’s plan for them.
