In 2008, my life was forever changed. I had believed in God before, but it wasn’t until I walked through the deepest valleys—first losing my mom and then my firstborn—that my faith became personal, intimate, and life-shaping.

In the beginning, I was angry with God and overwhelmed by grief. But as I tried to navigate the pain on my own, I realized I couldn’t make it through the fire without Him. That moment of surrender became the beginning of my healing.

Through that journey, I met God in a way I never had before. I discovered His comfort, His faithfulness, and His ability to bring purpose out of heartbreak. Over time, I fell in love with Him in a way that transformed not just my faith, but my entire life.

That experience is what led me into the field of therapy. I became a therapist because I know firsthand what it means to hurt, to heal, and to find hope again. My desire is to walk alongside others with the same compassion, strength, and grace that God walked with me.

Today, my work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience. My story fuels my passion for helping people rebuild, rediscover themselves, and find resilience—even in the hardest seasons.
