Stewart, board certified belief therapist, leadership developer, and emotional wellness coach dedicated to helping women of faith and ministry leaders heal from the inside out. With a background in theology, emotional intelligence, and leadership development, Teara provides a safe, Spirit-led space for individuals navigating trauma, transitions, identity loss, and spiritual overwhelm.

She serves women who carry a lot, lead a lot, and need support processing their emotions, rebuilding confidence, and realigning with God’s purpose for their lives. Through a Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and emotionally grounded approach, Teara integrates Scripture with therapeutic tools to help clients understand their patterns, heal their wounds, and step into a whole, restored version of themselves.
