Maybe you feel wracked by anxiety, trapped in unwanted behaviors, or hijacked by trauma. Or maybe you and your partner are stuck in relational distress or conflict. Or, maybe you just have some questions and want to grow personally or spiritually and you want counseling that deeply includes your faith. Whatever your specific reason for seeking counseling, my desire is to offer you space to be deeply honest, vulnerable, and curious about your life, self, and story – even the darkest parts – and to walk alongside with you toward hope, healing, and growth.

I offer both individual and couples counseling from a holistic, trauma-informed clinical perspective. I tend to be deeply story-oriented, and enjoy helping you tell yours more truly. For those that want it, I also specialize in the thoughtful integration of Christian spiritual formation/soul care and spiritual direction into the counseling process.
