I believe that each of us are made in Gods image. We are fearfully and wonderfully made by him. I also believe that our experiences can mold us in a way that needs to be challenged for change. Not one of us are perfect like Jesus Christ, but his grace and mercy sustain us as we wait to be with him again someday. Our pain and struggles can be changed into a blessing in disguise. Depression, Stress and anxiety can be calmed by his word and tools from a psychological approach also can help. We know that Cognitions -our thoughts can change by the word of God as well and reframing our though patterns into the way God sees us is divine health, hope and strength for each of us. I am so thankful that we have a loving God who has taken our shame, experiences, and provided hope and healing so we can give hope and promise to others around us.

I have come from many issues in my own life to know that as we learn about ourselves, our upbringing and habits can sometimes rule us in a way that is not pleasing to God. I have learned that man will; fail you, but God never will. We may come to a time of sorrow and pain and think he has left us, but he never leaves us or forsakes us. He is a loving God, unconditional, empathetic, and knows exactly where we are and what we need. Let’s try together to work on what has bothered you for so long and get to the root, to replace with a new way of thinking, a new way of understanding our emotions.
