Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am Licensed in the State of Tennessee and North Carolina. I have been practicing as a counselor for the past 4 years however I have been providing counseling services as a Military Chaplain for 20 years and have retired from the Military after over 30 years of service. I see individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life going through many difficult situations. I have walked with them through times of grief, anxiety, loss, separation, suicidal thoughts, etc. I have seen how choosing the right therapist can help a person get through, from the person’s perspective, some of life’s hardest times.  I believe that Scripture should inform everything we do in life but this doesn’t mean that Scripture should be used to make someone do what we want them to do however each person should have the space to decide what they want to do with the life God has given them.
