You are tired of living like this & you no longer want to make camp in the valley of the shadow of darkness.

You still go to work or school, but inside you are feel like you are coming apart. There are things that haunt you. Maybe you haven’t told anyone or feel shame because you feel like you should “be past this by now.” When it comes down to it, you know you aren’t past it yet. You’ve gone to your friends, pastor, you’ve read your Bible, you feel like you’ve tried literally everything you can think of but are coming up short. You’re ready to figure this out, but you can’t quite seem to find the right path.

My name is Tabitha Westbrook, LMFT-S, LCMHC-QS, LPC-S, CSAT, CCTP, CCTCP. I’d love to help you.
(Please note, Tabitha is not accepting new individual clients; however, she is happy to book in-person [in TX] or virtual intensives. More information about intensives can be found here.)

I help I help men, women, teenagers (ages 16+), and couples who are desperate to shed darkness & walk into the future light whole & strong, but fear they’ll never be able to. I know sometimes it feels like it will always be like this – you’ve tried everything it seems and nothing has changed. Or maybe you’ve been too scared to try anything at all.

It’s okay not to be okay, but you sure don’t have to stay there!

I give you a safe place to voice your struggles & use evidence-based methods to help you heal. Together we dive below the surface & deal with the things that are causing your struggles – we get to the root. I get in the valley of the shadow of death with you and together we find a way out.

I know from my own journey & the journeys of those I’ve helped, being stuck really stinks. Healing is possible & you can move from darkness to light.

Stop surviving. Start living.
