My faith has continued to grow throughout the twists and turns of my own life. God called me to this work and I am eager to share the hope He provides even in the hardest seasons which no one is shielded from in this broken world. The truths and promises found in His word are worthy of clinging to especially when they seem in opposition to the busy, overstimulating, and self first mentality of our culture. Choosing joy through a relationship with our Savior over waiting for the feeling of happiness to simply spark is life changing.

I incorporate a lot of simple strategies that meet basic human needs such as quality rest, social connections, and grounding in God’s truth. Life can be complicated, however, when your relationship with God comes first, earthly problems become smaller.
