Hi, I’m Steph! I am married, and we have 4 children. Inspired by Psalm 139, my hope is that you would find peace in knowing that you are fully known and deeply loved by the God who created you. I am passionate about working with women of all ages who struggle with anxiety, panic, finding healthy routines & rhythms, relationship/marriage issues, identity, or just finding a safe place to talk. As a foster, adoptive and biological mother myself, I am also passionate about working with fellow foster and adoptive moms. I also enjoy working with adolescence and helping them navigate one of the hardest stages of life.

My goal is to help my clients find the joy in each day and peace in the chaos, so that you may live life more abundantly.
