Understanding the profound impact such trauma can have on self-esteem & identity, I offer a non-judgmental setting where you can process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, & restore your sense of self-worth. I also provide PRE-marital counseling to young couples, as well as support for individuals facing depression. Additionally, I am sensitive to the complexities of navigating overlapping cultural backgrounds, allowing me to offer compassionate care that address your unique needs.
