I am a mental health expert committed to helping people learn how their family systems and relationships impact their sense of self. I treat couples, parents, and families whether biological or adoptive through a whole systems approach. I believe in taking a family systems, collaborative approach to helping clients/families reach their goals.

I specialize in treating couples, parents, and families. In addition, I am an adoption competent therapist that is able to treat families that are going through the foster care/adoption process. My other areas of speciality include infertility, perinatal, parenting issues and church trauma.

Oftentimes our relationships can be both the most wonderful parts of our lives and also the most challenging. Sometimes pain gets in the way and we need some support to get to the other side. I will hold onto hope for your family throughout our work together, even when you feel you cannot.
