My name is Toyin, and I provide therapy to individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in working with clients experiencing trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief, addiction, sexual abuse, and relationship concerns. My approach integrates Biblical principles with evidence-based treatment modalities to provide holistic and effective care.

Several scriptures guide my clinical perspective. Psalms 8:4 reminds us, “What is man that You are mindful of him?” and Jeremiah 1:5 declares, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.”This verse reminds me that God knows each of us personally. He understands every pain, struggle, and fear. That truth gives me great hope and is the foundation of how I view each client as seen, known, and deeply valued by God.

A personal testimony that strengthened my faith occurred when I felt led to step out of my comfort zone and take on new responsibility, despite not knowing where to begin. During prayer, I sensed a prompting in my spirit to enroll in a short training. Through that step of obedience, I met someone uniquely equipped to guide and support me during that season. This experience reinforced that God is mindful of us.

Another foundational scripture in my work is Isaiah 61:2–4, which speaks of bestowing beauty instead of ashes and oil of joy instead of mourning. I believe this promise of restoration and renewal is available to every client I serve. The themes of healing, rebuilding, and transformation reflect the heart of the therapeutic journey and the hope that guides my practice. I believe that with God’s help, lasting healing is possible. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and professionally grounded space where faith and clinical practice work together to support lasting healing and growth.
