My name is Michelle Paulino.
I graduated with a Masters in Professional Counseling/ Education Specialist (Ed. S.) degree from Seton Hall University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. I also am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Christian Counselor through the National Association of Christian Counselors (NACC). I am bilingual and have experience in working with Spanish-speaking clients and families. I also have experience in working with children, adolescents and adults facing different challenges in life, such as: anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and more.
My passion is to help and guide others. Therapy is about building a relationship with clients centered on genuineness, empathy, positivity and trust.
I believe that therapy is the start of learning oneself, through self-awareness and one’s willingness to make changes. I also believe in using the word of God to help others as they continue to grow, heal, mature and better their relationships with themselves and others.
