I believe helping people heal must go beyond traditional psychotherapy.
With a therapeutic collaboration of counselors, coaches, therapists, and classes, I strive to create an environment where individuals can safely and actively participate in their healing journey, leading to a life of post-traumatic growth…and thriving.
Often people struggle with anxiety and depression not realizing the overwhelming weight of life experiences. Experiences that can distort one’s perception of self-worth, eroding confidence, and self-esteem leading them to believe they are not worthy of love, happiness, or success.
The lasting effects of life experiences can manifest by struggling in relationships and life. Feelings of shame, guilt, and inadequacy, reinforce the false belief that we are inherently flawed or undeserving. Overcoming this deeply ingrained notion requires compassionate support.
I know life experiences impact every facet of an individual’s being—body, mind, and spirit. Our innovative approach addresses the inadequacies of conventional talk-only methods which often fall short in recognizing this correlation.
My mission is to set a new standard with a holistic approach to mental health. Clients learn to gain control over their lives and to go from “just surviving” to thriving.

Trauma Counseling can be an effective tool in providing you with the necessary support and training to overcome the challenges you face. By seeking help, you are taking responsibility and action to change what no longer works in your life. Many studies have shown throughout the years that psychotherapy is an effective form of treating and managing mental illnesses and other emotional disorders.

As an experienced clinical pastoral counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life. Utilizing a variety of approaches including EMDR,  Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Emotionally Focused (EFT), Imago Relationship Therapy, Integrative, Schema Therapy, and Somatic interventions, I will work with you to create a treatment plan that is customized to meet your unique circumstances.

With honesty and compassion I will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our sessions together, will be to help you develop the mental fortitude needed to lead a successful life. Additionally, we will work on the skill of self-compassion, which will allow you to move more easily through difficult times in the future, as wells as become a more productive and happier person.
