As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am trained in individual counseling, couples counseling, and group counseling practice. I am able to offer creative and expressive arts therapy techniques, spiritual integration, and I plan to offer animal assisted therapy (AAT) in the near future as an option for clients as appropriate in office sessions. I offer mental health resources, professional consulting, in addition to workshops and group events (such as a class) upon request. I completed my Gottman Levels 1 and 2 certifications for couples counseling in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

I am experienced in treating anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma (mental, emotional, and sexual), disordered eating, couples counseling, marital counseling, premarital counseling, process groups, psychoeducation groups, group therapy counseling, and much more.
