I am a Certified Mental Health Coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with experience in the mental health field since 2001. My areas of expertise are in trauma, abuse, neglect, domestic violence, veterans, homelessness, foster and adoption care, and organizational leadership. I am foremost a Christian woman, with a foundation on God's Word for daily living. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6). I also serve in the Body of Christ at a local church with experiences in the following: women and single mother bible studies, deaf community, children and youth, choir and handbells, My professional services include Christian Coaching services with a strength-based approach for life recovery vs psycho-therapy. I am especially passionate about ministry for single mothers and single women who are in or are rebuilding lives from destructive relationships, as well as struggling with health issues. These women often falls through the cracks with limited support and biblical counsel, in meeting basic needs, mental health recovery, limited support network, and access to resources within their community.
