We all have seasons of struggle, feeling stuck, or feeling frustrated, depressed, or anxious. We can become unforgiving towards others or ourselves. We get angry with those we love, or even with ourselves, keeping ourselves in a constant state of regret or guilt. We can suffer from feelings of betrayal, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and suffer because of conflicts in marriage.

Seeking help is not a failure or weakness, but rather, an admittance of our need for each other. We become hurt and wounded through relationships, and it’s through the counseling relationship we learn how to heal and trust again.  Talking with a  counselor can help you find your way through the most difficult of times.

I am a relationally focused therapist whose priority is to create safety. My goal is to help you discover your potential and get on your path to a successful and productive life. My hope is that you gain freedom quickly and learn the skills and confidence to be the greatest advocate and coach for yourself. I work with a large spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges in a comfortable and safe environment. Together we can partner to make a lasting and powerful change by looking at what is not working in your life and developing a plan for success and healing.

We can partner together to help you find new ways to address life’s challenges!
