There is not a “one size fits all” therapy that works for everyone, so I tailor my therapeutic interventions to what I feel will work best for you. I know that it is difficult to come in for counseling, but I believe that if you have the courage to take that step you will find that I am a very approachable person with a passion for helping others improve their lives.
