Hello, my name is Jonathan. I am a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping you in achieving inner healing and increasingly greater congruence, growth, and freedom, consistent with your Christian faith and practice.

My approach to counseling is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based therapies to meet the unique needs of each client. More specifically, it is trauma-informed, accounting for the damaging effects of sin on the psyche; it is, also, attachment-based, recognizing that our greatest need is for intimate union with God and loving connection with others; and it is integrated with a rigorously Christian worldview.

God cares about all of you—heart, soul, mind, and strength! Our Lord showed this by meeting the physical, social-emotional, and psychological need—not just the spiritual necessities—of those who encountered Him in transformational ways. I strive to approach counseling in a similarly holistic and faith-grounded way, expectantly inviting God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—into the therapeutic work by applying His grace and truth skillfully and effectively wherever it is needed.
