Welcome! I’m Halle, and I’m so glad you’re here.

My passion is helping individuals and families find healing, resilience, and hope through both faith and evidence-based counseling. I believe that true peace and restoration come from Christ, and I incorporate biblical wisdom alongside therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with children (10+), teens, young adults, and parents facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relational difficulties, life transitions, and family dysfunction.

In our work together, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, positive psychology, TBRI, EMDR, and faith-based counseling—I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and Christ-centered space where you or your family can feel seen, heard, and strengthened in faith.

For children: I offer a compassionate and faith-filled space where kids can process emotions, build confidence, and develop a sense of identity rooted in God’s truth. When anxiety or sadness overwhelm, I help children turn to Christ for comfort while equipping them with practical coping skills grounded in both Scripture and psychology.
For teens and young adults: The pressures of life can lead to anxiety, self-doubt, and an overwhelming sense of uncertainty. I walk alongside young people as they wrestle with identity, relationships, and purpose, helping them lean on God’s wisdom, develop emotional resilience, and make decisions with clarity and faith.
For parents: Parenting is both a gift and a challenge, and it can often feel exhausting or lonely. As a TBRI practitioner, I help parents strengthen their relationships with their children by integrating biblical principles of grace, wisdom, and connection into their parenting approach.

At the heart of my work is the belief that true healing and transformation happen when we invite God into our struggles. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to help you move toward a place of greater peace, trust, and well-being in Christ.

Let’s take the next step toward healing together.
