I am a Catholic/Christian therapist who has experienced hurt and pain in different areas in my life. I believe that a client centered/narrative approach allows you to freely share your experience. You don’t have to continue to feel overwhelmed, and you don’t have to do it alone.

My name is Elisabeth. I am a wife and mother of two. I have experienced traumatic events such as having my first born being a premature baby. I have also experienced different types of hurts and pain in different phases of my life. Each experience and role I am in, shapes who I am and my journey as a wife, mother, friend and therapist.
